These terms apply when you submit a vehicle for listing with Premiere Picture Cars, operated by Premiere Production Group Ltd. (“Premiere”, “we”, “us”). They work together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
1. Submitting a vehicle
Submitting a vehicle through our form is an invitation for us to consider it. It is not an agreement. We may accept, decline, pause or remove any vehicle at our discretion, with or without giving a reason.
2. No guarantee
- We do not guarantee that your vehicle will be listed, requested or used on any production.
- We do not guarantee any income, bookings or timeline.
- Productions choose the vehicles they want, and we cannot predict demand for any vehicle.
3. What you confirm
- You own the vehicle or have the legal authority to offer it.
- The details and photos you provide are accurate and complete, including condition, mileage and modifications.
- The vehicle is legally registered and in a condition suitable to be shown and, where applicable, driven.
- You will tell us promptly if anything about the vehicle or your authority changes.
4. Written agreement
If we agree to represent your vehicle, we will sign a separate written agreement with you before it is placed. Terms such as insurance, fees or commission, payment, deposits, availability and the period of representation are set out in that agreement, not on this page. If it conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement applies.
5. Condition records
We may inspect and photograph your vehicle, including through our inspection app, when it comes to us and when it is returned. These records document condition and may be shared with the production, with insurers and with you.
6. Photos and listing content
You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the photos and details you submit, and any we take, to create listings and promote our services. You confirm you have the right to give this licence.
7. Your information
We use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We use it to review your vehicle, contact you and arrange rentals.
8. Ending your submission
You can ask us to remove your vehicle by emailing eric@premierepg.ca. We may also remove it at any time. Removal does not affect obligations under any signed agreement or any rental already confirmed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premiere is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost income or opportunity, arising from submitting a vehicle. Responsibility for loss or damage to a vehicle during a rental is set out in the signed agreement.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
