Check in before the rental

Walk the vehicle with the guided photo prompts at pickup. The condition on the day it leaves is on record.

Shoot with confidence

Your drivers and department heads know the starting condition, so any new damage on set can be spotted and reported straight away.

Check out on return

Repeat the same walkaround at return and finish with a PDF report that compares the vehicle before and after.

Every area is photographed, labelled and numbered. Notes attach to the exact spot they describe.
