These terms apply to your use of premierepicturecars.com and our related online tools, including the vehicle inspection app. The site is operated by Premiere Production Group Ltd. (“Premiere”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. What we do
Premiere Picture Cars supplies picture cars and production vehicles to film, television and commercial productions. This site is an information and request tool. It is not an offer to rent or sell any particular vehicle, and vehicles shown may not be available.
2. Quotes and rentals
- We do not publish rates. Pricing is provided by quote and depends on the production and the request.
- A rental exists only once a written agreement has been signed by you and by us. We use digital agreements and do not rely on paper contracts.
- If these terms conflict with a signed rental agreement, the signed agreement applies.
- By signing digitally you agree that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one, as permitted under Ontario’s Electronic Commerce Act, 2000.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may approve, refuse, suspend or close accounts at our discretion.
4. Vehicle requests and listings
- Information you submit through our forms must be accurate and must be yours to share.
- Submitting a request or a vehicle listing does not guarantee availability, acceptance or placement. See our Vehicle Owner Terms for listings.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site unlawfully or to mislead anyone.
- Upload content that you do not have the right to share, or that is harmful or offensive.
- Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
- Copy or scrape the site, or disrupt it or its security.
6. Content you submit
You keep ownership of the photos and information you submit. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to operate the site, review your submission, display your listing, and promote our services. You confirm you have the right to give this licence.
7. Inspection app
The inspection app records vehicle photos and notes at check-in and check-out. Access is provided on the terms we agree with you, whether as part of a rental from us or on its own. Inspection records are intended to document vehicle condition, and you agree to complete inspections honestly and accurately.
8. Our content
The site, its design, text, logos and photos belong to Premiere or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not reuse them without our written permission. Names, logos and titles of productions or third parties belong to their owners.
9. Third-party links
We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we do not promise it is complete, error-free or always available. Vehicle descriptions and images are for general information.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premiere is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law. Liability for a rental is governed by the signed rental agreement.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these terms or your submission of content you had no right to share.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these terms or misuse the site.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
